D1 Training Rockford

My son has been training just a couple weeks and has already noticed a change in his hockey game. All the trainers push him every workout and provide individual focus even when in a small class setting. We definitely recommend D1!!!

My daughter started this program the week they opened to get in better shape for track. In 8 weeks I have noticed a HUGE difference in not only her strength but also her confidence. I would definitely recommend this program and am excited to see how it impacts her upcoming track season!!

Looks like a great system. The coaches I talked to seem to know what they're doing and the organization and background all look to be an order. Pricing is about on track for one person. But if you have more than that at a household it gets it really expensive really fast. And in comparison other gyms it is crazy overpriced for families. If they had family pricing like other gyms I probably would come. But I can't put $1,000 a month towards a gym right now.

The staff is amazing. The work outs are above and beyond. Totally recommend!
